Here is a general contraindication: > Pregnancy and breastfeeding > Diabetes - unstable diabetes patients should not be treated due to healing problems. > Active Herpes Simplex > Dry skin - if your skin is overly dry, you will need to start moisturising and ensure the condition is under control prior to undergoing any treatment. > Any active inflammatory skin condition e.g. eczema, psoriasis, infection, rash or any type of dermatitis at the treatment site (because it may aggravate the condition).
Cancellation Policy
Each client’s appointment is important to us. We want to give your service the time and attention it deserves. As a result, we respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or make changes to your appointment time. Failing to give 24-hour notice will result in a 50% charge. Any no-shows will be charged 100% of their service amount.
